I have a CECHE (NAND) old phat PS3 80gb on 4.1 firmware, and so downgrading to 3.55 and jailbreaking seems all but impossible based on my research, unless I go through the trouble of ordering hardware, soddering crap on my mainboard, or whatever other scary methods are out there.

What options do I have?
