thanx 4 the save i have just tested them both & i got read all 29 books trophy but as 4 the all endings it did not unlock 
4 me i even tried all 3 ending but nothing can anyone confirm this works ? i might even try & dl again & resign it again & see
Update : i just got the trophy you have to press the one on the FAR LEFT (SELF DESTRUCT) hope this helps
