I already got him down about 3/4 of the way, then made the save.
Lay into him... and he should go down quick.
Then off to the final stage, where you disarm the nukes in flight.
Once completed all the remaining difficulty trophies should pop.
This is a US save... but getting the region changed (if you don't already know how) is pretty easy at NGU.

Combine this save with Stig's save and most of the work is done for you... cut the plat time in half.

Oh by the way, by the wayy i couldn't find a save data that had damn near all the vehicles collected except one for the trophy which was the last one i needed for the platinum. So i went ahead and did it myself but there's a catch to anyone who wants this trophy your going to have to buy the dlc car. Chevalier Classic for .99 cents. If you don't feel like going thru those many saves all over this website and on the xploder servers just go ahead and spend the .99 cents if you got it free from Ps+ what dp you really complaining about.

Using this save and spending .99 cents on the Chevalier Classic will get you the trophy "Try Everything Once"
Apparently you can get this somewhere else across the website or on the xploder servers but i couldn't find it after a long search so if your at this point also and you don't feel like searching on this website or on the xploder servers and you definitely don't want to do it yourself just use this save and buy it for .99 cents, no thanks is needed.

Go for it... the game is actually alot of fun.
Sandbox type of game... but the sandbox is HUGE!
With the saves on NGU... easy plat.
But I suggest playing it through once on easy... then using the saves.
