Here's my save for Completing hard mode(which also unlocks the Medium trophy).
You can unlock other trophies like destroying 25 explosives in mid-air by shooting one more or 100 headshots.
I will save Payne mode till last. I will play Old School tomorrow after my Final exams.

We can make this the official MP3 thread for saves. I will upload more later. Also, this may overwrite your Multiplayer progress as well so you may unlock trophies for MP as well.
Edit: Load up the last mission and select part 13. This will allow you to execute the villain for a trophy.
