I don't own the game anymore so I won't be able to verify anything. But I can suggest how to obtain trophies.

Play the game to obtain the boss and battle related trophies.
Try to start a new game on an easier difficulty setting and make a separate save. Maybe the trophies will unlock by playing.

Basically perform 1 requirement to get the related collectibles trophies.

(Please help me to make this a REAL guide by testing and confirming trophies)
(I might get the game back and test on a dummy account but that might take a while)
