but its a random quiz or a quiz that can have a guide like the nat geo one?

Even with wikipedia at your side, it's a difficult game for fluent German people. I would not recommend attempting this game. Even if you did, one of the luck-based trophies will take 20-50+ hours to complete, so it would be a real pain either way.
