I know I know there is NO hard mode save out there for this game. Which is why I am proposing we start a community effort to tackle this. If someone wants to do the first few chapters on hard (they are easy). And upload the save I will continue and clear as much as I can and re-post up. Folks and download and try moving it further. remember some of us are probably better at some levels than others.

We will keep doing this till we get to the last level. At that point we will post this save for the world to get )

Requirements:
1. xploder + CFW
2. CFW PS3 at a minimum to get the save back out. The game has to be played on a CFW PS3.
3. Only have these two saves on your PS3 (profile and autosave i.e NPxx3xxxxPROF, NPxx3xxxx00) and keep them together.
4. Get the ball rolling.

Here is a save for the Gold Stars i got from this forum sometime back. Not sure who to credit. Will try and search the forum to link back to his post if its still there..

Update: - The hard mode save below doesnt work. As has been confirmed by a couple of people. We are still trying to coordinate and get a working save. Watch this space.

If your on the last level up load it now because if you beat the game and upload it i well not pop the trophy as i had some do a save for me before.

ok i write him when i use me ps+ or i become intruction to use a cfw on my ofw slim 4.20

it were helpfully in german but english its ok for instruction for dummy`s :-)

My problem is this. Please read carefully and try to help.

1. I've got back up of my own saves on my pc. When i copy them to usb stick, and then try to copy from usb stick to ps3 using Saved Data Utility (PS3) it says Copying of this saved data is not allowed.

2. Then when i go to multiman file manager, and here i can copy my save file into dev_hdd0/home/00000026/savedata/ i can see it !!! IT'S RIGHT THERE ALREADY ON MY PS3 HARD DRIVE

3. Now when i quit multiman and go to Saved Data Utility (PS3) trying to find my copied saved it's not there !!! Why? My medal of honor also did not find any of my save files.

4. I've just downloaded this Hard difficulty save file with 4 last missions and this save file DOES NOT HAVE COPY PROTECTION !!! i Can put it on my usb stick and I've manage to successfully copy that save using Saved Data Utility (PS3) both NPUB30288PREF and NPUB30288-00 folders are now on my ps3, and they work just fine.

So my question is this. How i can turn off/disable copy protection on my own save file?? so it could be copied just like i did with WERDGAWD (clicking his name gives auto Thanks) and BEARL save files.

1. I am working on Hard Difficulty save at the moment. My own save, i started from scratch, new save file.

2. I'm already in Golden Lion level, with this schedule I'm about to finish my save Before this Saturday so ill post it then.

3. Save is going to be saved just before last mission so you would have to finished all alone to obtain Trophy. Anyway it's better than entire game and to make things easier i know for a fact that this last level can be Fast run.

K.. So here is your issue.
1. when you copy the save through Multiman. It assigns it the default folder and file permissions. And when you look at it in the system PS3 cant read it as the group account (unix concept) that needs read access tot he folder doesnt have it.
So in short you will need to fix the file permissions. Use filezilla and look at a legit save created by PS3 and see what the file and folder permissions are and apply them to your save folder.
2. The reason you cant put the file in USB and copy is as the original save is copy prohibited. To disable copy protection you need to use a SFO editor or hex editor to turn one bit form "1" to "0". That will make the game copy able. However, you will need to use xploder to resign the save as the save copy will fail at 90% due to PARAMS.SFO CRC value being wrong.

Or replace your PARAMS.SFO with the PARAMS.SFO in the save above. That will allow you to copy the save from USB to PS3.
