well
i tested this today on disc on menu or in trial cant remember it pops 75% then 50% then 100% trophies of completion.
then if I remember (barely splept today xD) if you visit eash mission / chapter you get the trophy for it without "moving"

Here's How Is Working.
First You Need To Download (PS3 Resigner 1.4)
Install. Then Go To C: PS3 Resigner 1.4. ::: Open (games.conf)
Search (Sly Collection)
When You ll Find. You Will See There's No NPEA00343
Just Put Game id NPEA00343 Into Sly Id's List Of games.conf. SAVE
Done. Now You Should Be Able To Copy Save And Load Save.
Once In Game :Choose Winning Of The End
Trophy Should PopUp.
