5 hit combo is well easy, I played as Eileen and did 3 punches followed quickly by two successive kicks, it registered as a 6 hit combo. For any beginners to VF who have trouble pulling off the combo moves, pick a character who is easy to get used to and is also quick and has easy to perform "juggle" moves for doing combos, so characters like Eileen, Lau, Pai, Aoi, Sarah....... El Blaze perhaps and even Lion. I know the likes of Akira do have some multiple hit combos in their movelist but they are very hard to perform, unless you are a very seasoned VF player. Also a tip about the save, the 10th challenge is the win streak which is easy if you pick a character that you are used to but I think a save with the 10th challenge complete will work fine if you just complete the first challenge, because with using the save on another account I got the trophies for 1 and 5 complete, so I'm certain the trophy for 10 would unlock too.
I'm on 95% just got to play another seven games in ranked mode online and that'll get my 100%, really easy trophy list if truth be told!

thats was my mistake cuz when i got challenge 10 trophy i quit right away & didnt save but come one man its easy
