Unfortunately this is not quite as complete as the original save. Two of the characters are fully upgraded, the others have a couple of things missing (you'll need to purchase the DLC characters), but you should be able to max everybody out by going through the game once. Hope this helps as grinding it out with fresh characters ain't fun. Would also appreciate if someone who has the 100% save could upload it to make others lives even easier.
