You must be new to using the program. You don't need the SFO files for them to work. First and foremost you should not just make the folder on the usb you should make a save in game then use that save in xploder. Do NOT put the read me file into the save your trying to convert.
For files that don't have the SFO file you will need to do the region swap trick.
