Should save you about 15 hours.
This is the EU Version

You will also get these trophies

Hawk, wolf, puma and bear
Kill 1000 droids/creeps
(you only have to kill 1 with this save)

T-U-R-R-E-T powah!
Destroy 25 turrets.
(you only have to destroy 1 with this save)

I will take a look on my old computer and see if it's still there, I know it's not on my PS3 though, because I uploaded this save just before level 45 then continued with the game and the trophy only pops when you reach 45 from 44 and will not pop if you start a level 45 save and play a game.

For some reason Mediafire deleted all my saves along with all the Fallout 3 DLC trophy saves I done
