When you load the save (after it has been resigned)... go to the PSN store and download the "Tuk Tuk Boom" it is free.
Call in the Merc shop for a drop, get on it... and pling! Trophy

Just letting you know you don't have to download the Tuk Tuk Boom truck. When I was using the save I hopped in one of the boats and it popped. But doesn't matter. Either option works.

True I know... there was a boat and the tractor that were still open.
But to be honest... they don't always spawn... I played 3 hrs, searching the spawn points, and they never appeared... so I gave up and download the Tuk Tuk
