This save will not unlock every trophy, but will get you a few.

Complete any level, regardless of score- to unlock:

• Sugar Addict (S)- Earn a campaign score greater than 300,000.
  
• I'm Alive! (B)- Earn a score greater than 50,000 in a single level. (Does not require 50,000 just complete a level)
  

if you do the first level you will unlock

• Into The Light (B)- escape the Garbage can.
  

And if you do it with a friend or without dying you will also get

• 
  
• BFF (B)- Complete a level in co-op
  
• Candy Skillz (B)- Complete a non-boss level without dying.
  

Go to chapter 11 and find the 5th and final collectible of the level to earn Collector (S). Use this video for help:



Finally, go to each boss chapter and complete it for their trophies, than go to any level and see all 8 forms of death for It's a Sour Life (B). If you complete the last level, you might unlock the trophy for finishing story. I did not test that,

Unfortunately, this save will not unlock Grim Reaper (Sacrifice 1,000 followers) as far as I know.
