I've searched on here and I haven't seen this posted anywhere else so I'm uploading my Platinum save for Monopoly Streets for anyone who wants/needs it. It will work using Xploder although I have no idea what it will pop if anything at all as a lot of the game is purely based on luck (i.e roll triples etc). The only thing I can suggest you do is play a game and finish it to see what pops. By completing one game you should at least get 'Taking over the World'

Ok so I just tested on a blank account. I played one custom online game with a friend where they declared bankruptcy immediately, I got the following trophies:
Winner
Celebrating 75
Quick Win
Plays Nicely with Others
Better Luck Next Time
How We Played Back in my Day
Auctioneer (as i went to auction on first roll)
Taking Over the World
Next Rung on the Ladder (because my friend is a ranked played and my blank account is not)
