Ok this is save to help you get all hard trophies in ICO : Beat the game in 2h and 4h and Unscathed Escape and Shining Sword and Split the Watermelon.
Anyway you load the save and exit to title screen you will get Shining Sword
Again load save and fast end game , this save have time 1:24min you must end game in 2hours and will get trophies : Castle Guide , Express Journey. You must fast runn !!
If you have now all this trophy you must delete save from ps3 and play on your save start the game ( No NEW GAME +) and complete the game (this is so funny and easy) to get :
Rescue
Failure
Armed and Ready
East Gate
West Gate
Farewell
Royal Arms
Emancipation
You must remember 2 trophies are missed : Spiked Club and Bench Warmer this video help you :
