Update!
This save has over 1000 enemies defeated also as soon as you load and finish where i left off you will get a trophy for all secret oscorp places. after that lvl go to your upgrades and max self out. then start at your house and go to the edge of the island there will be a small green squarish patch on your map by a really long bridge to the left of the patch is the last Comic it will appear as a yellow dot when close enough! also go to the XTREME BLIMP and finish the last 2 challenges for the 2 trophies for challenges! the last AUDIO is in chapter 12 in the very beginning so theres that trophy!

heres a save for collectibles the lvl has both collectibles collect them both and u will get the MAGAZINES and TECH PIECES also for CONCEPT ART TROPHY trophy go to Bank mission and in end take pic of Felicia Hardy Shes The BOSS fight!

HERE IS THE NEW UPLOAD FOR HARD IT DOES WORK I TESTED JUST FINISH THE CHAPTER!
UPDATE#4 HERE I LEFT THE POLICE MISSIONS FOR HELICOPTER FIGHTS AND FOR THE CAR CHASES And the Last INSANE GUY TO RETURN TROPHY! also they is 1 last Oscorp manual left in a chapter!
Update #5 last and final heres the saves for the 1st Rhino fight and Last Scorpion fight as those cannot be replayed in chapter select!

Im not 100% sure but if you replay last chapter it might work, if not then the save is pointless
UPDATE:
Just checked to see if your able on save #3 to replay last chapter to get trophy Spider-Man (Beat game on Super hero mode) and It does not work!!
Only trophies to get on save #3 are, Save Infected Civilians, Police Missions, & Mental..
But theres alot of them to do.
