The Game FAQs U.S. save file I downloaded popped the online gun and equipment related trophies once I loaded it up. I just used Game Genie to re-sign the profile to my own and loaded the online game. It appeared that the story game was saved at a checkpoint in the final level on 007 difficulty but I didn't try to play through to the end and see what other trophies would pop.
Now I just need to try the two saves in this thread to see if I can get any other trophies.
