confirmed trophies:

petrol head - drive any car
knuckle head - get 1 melee kill
all difficulty trophys - beat last mission on hard
the enforcer - kill one enemy

Awesome guys, i'm not that good at this game so decided to look for a save. Converted this one to PAL region, resigned it using Xploder and guess what? Just decided to play Chapter 7 on hard as there is no fighting involved, got the Made Man & Tough Nut trophy when I finished the chapter.
