did u try turnin on ur ps3 by holdin down power till it beeps then let go after da beep or beeps then it should ask da settings hdmi etc.... that works for me when i transfer my ps3 and i forgot my hdmi cord or the tv dont take hdmi cord try it and let me know

Even though this is a bumped thread.....you may possibly need to have your GPU reflowed. This is a known fix for the no video issue but it is not guaranteed that it will work it is just usually what the issue is.
