Not sure. It may be saved in the challenges and you can't unlock them. I'm not for sure

Yeah, this save took me a LONG time to complete. Leveling up was the hardest part of it. As you go through the game you get the other items through trades and stuff, but you actually have to do the missions + kill zombies to level up x).
