What the dick!?
I have a save for Alice that will earn you both snout trophies:
-Nothing Like the smell if Bacon
-Seasoned Campaigner
Chapter 1; Smelling & Regurgitation
Use this guide and look for snout #11: You must login or register to view this content.
(credit to the maker of the guide).
During this step, you can also bring up the weapons menu and fully upgrade the Hobby Horse.
It has no upgrades currently so you will get all 3 upgrade trophies, as well!

To the people waiting, the person I asked couldn't do it so I have asked another member. Will keep you updated.
And there is a platinum save that will get you every other trophy with a little bit of work if you absolutely need it.
