unfortunately I dont, and I don't know if is just for cfw but I assume it is, there is one or 2 with a shop here, try talking to them xD

if you have the game its very easy to mod the xml file

for tour de france 2012, there is a hack.
this hack works exactly like the one i've released for tour de france 2011
the xml is located at the exact same place, and is really easy to mod.

The only issue with it is taht you can't launch the game on CFW because it requires 4+ firmware

there are 2 ways to sync those trophies :
First - you own the game and you have the disc
here you need 2 ps3, one on CFW and one on OFW
- install gamedata on your OFW
- data transfer from OFW to CFW
- mod the xml on your CFW
- data transfer from CFW to OFW
- play the game on OFW with the disc
- done

Second - you only have a backup of the game
be ready for a long journey ! here you will have to use the new CEX2DEX method to launch that game.
below, retail means CEX, debug means test machine aka DEX
"->" means "update to"

first mod the xml on your computer
from CFW 355 retail -> 355 debug -> 420 debug -> play the game by doing the modification of the update / special HDD

to sync, from 420 debug -> 355 debug -> 355 CFW retail -> 421 retail -> sync trophies -> downgrade to 355CFW rogero.

from this last step, if you own a True Blue dongle, you'll need to perform those additionnal steps :
QA flag -> 341 retail -> 355 CFW True blue.

personnal opinion and why i don't release it
I think the hack has ruined this game.
the plat is quite difficult but is own by 40% of players. I think 95% (if not 100%) of the platinum achiever have hacked that game.
i think it would have been wiser to wait that more people play that game so that the hackers would have been hidden in the mass.
No doubt that developers of this game will modify the file structure in tour de france 2013 so that it's not so easily hackable.
but i think that the money was too tempting for all those people selling that plat
