How to get the last two pigeons in GTA4: PS3

Once upon a time...

NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I went all over Liberty City dozens of times with guides and I cannot for the life of it find the last two pigeons. I don't have a jailbroken PS3 but I did save the file onto a thumbdrive and the file is attached here.
