(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Best I've read around here that there are ways to transfer a ps3 trophies CFW 3.55 to OFW 4.21 PS3

In my case I have 2 PS3 .. What steps would have to take to transfer my trophies my CFW 3.55 to 4.21 OFW my other ps3?
