I believe it is a dlc item because it doesnt show up on the regular game. Add to the instructions to fly the pell silverbolt jet from the black market under the bridge. Also to find the MV Command go to coordinates X:6568 Y:19475. Buy an RPG or Grenade launcher and start wrecking havoc until you reach level 4/5. Eventually you will see the MV Command. Shoot the soldiers off it and take it for yourself. The "Trying everything once" trophy should pop up.

it does, because of the BLUS/BLES in PSN version it's different, motorstorm apocalypse, the save in retail version is BLES/BLUS, but in the psn version is NPB (i think), and it can be resigned from one version to another.

Thanks for the save man , i had trouble with 104 vehicle but i managed to get it by going to desert and get police level 4 !
