as promised a few days ago here are my 2 saves for MGS2HS.

I've been playing the game between my PS3 and PSVita and trophies are unlocking on both systems via transfaring so as Yno's saves on his thread cannot be used as they were created before the patch we will use my save to test if trophies can be unlocked on the Vita system.

- First save is for Main Story i've beaten the story once and you should get fairly every misc. trophy, i didn't manage to get the trophy for finishing the game without raising an alarm as i ended the game with 4 alarms insted of the mandatory 3 but we will use this save as a test.

-Second save is for VR Missions, with this save you should get trophy for finishing first in 50 VR Missions, if it works we can use this save as a basis to finish them all.

Here is how you should proceed to transfer the saves to your Vita system:
- copy the save you want to use ( main story or vr missions ) from your Psvita to your ps3 using the secong option in transfarring menu on your vita and your ps3, the save will then be locked on the vita and can only be used on the ps3
- copy the save to an external usb device and swap the files i uploaded in your save and reassign via Xploder
- copy the reassigned saved to your ps3
- launch your MGS collection Disc and then MGS2
- on main menu choose tranfaring option
- now the most important point choose the option to connect your Vita via Wifi, DO NOT transfer via cloud as trophies will not unlock properly in the transfarring menu it is the section option on both consoles and transfer the save back from your ps3 to your vita
- to switch between the different saves you must use L1 or R1 buttons on the transfaring page, saves for main story, VR missions and snake tales are on separate files.
- trophies should unlock on your Vita during the transfering for the main mission save for vr missions you must try to play one mission to see if it unlocks a trophy
- the save will then be locked on your Vita, if you wish to play on your PS3 you should transfer it back using the same method and it will then be locked on the Vita, using this method Trophies unlock during the transfer either on Vita or PS3.

please report back if the saves worked to unlock trophies on your Vita.

How does this work I have the US disc ps3 uk vita game do I need to have the uk ps3 disc or not I'm very lost about this transferring business

sorry but i will not be able to help you with that as i have both versions in PAL, just give it a try with the VR missions save

Did anybody try this out as I am awaiting my copy to arrive to try these saves

i'm sure people have already tested it as each save has been downloaded more than 10 times but as usual people are not reporting, are not thanking and are just leeching around

I got the same problem. PS3-Version is US and my Vita-Version is PAL (EU).
Transferring doesnt work.
I guess the only way to fix this is to get both games from the same region as they use different names for their savegames.

did you try with xploder?

Damn if I only had a copy of the ps3 one i could help you test them, my Vita version only needs all vr missions and extreme playthrough
