its a easy plat honestly.. just look up at ps3trophies.com for the details.

us a save with it completed on veteran and complete the game on regular to get veteran trophies. and as you got through do the trophies you need to get like killing x amount of people with x type of gun

Its easy

Just do a quick little run through then use some saves for the intel and Spec Ops stars.
