This is a save I got from the forum on GameFaqs, so here you go. 100% save for Crescent Pale Mist. Hope one of you can test it and seei f you can actually get trophies by completing the whole storymode on each difficulty (last section only wont work).

I know all Artifacts/Collectibles pop, besides the Music room and boss room key.
