I recently bought Xploder for the PS3, and was wondering is it possible that if you trophy hack could you get banned? Also how do you unlock the tophies in the correct order and time frame? Also what about the instant platinums? Can they get you banned since they all unlock at the same time?

No you won't get banned. Because for sony trophy hacking can be explained also as a game glitch. So they cannnot ban you.
