There are 2 saves in the rar, use number one to get some trophies.
All you need to do is start and end a race.

There is only 1 save in the rar, use it to get the following tropheis:
Distinguished Character (Gold)
Surf and Turf (Silver)
Sand and Sulphur (Silver)
Bike Weekender (Bonze)
ATV Weekender (Bonze)
Buggy Weekender (Bonze)
All you need to do is start and end a race from the festival.

All the remaining trophy from DLC and platinum will be earned with this save.

your be fine, your only using game saves, its not like your using CFW .

But I never used CFW or custom timestamps, I've used the OFW save hack, but still, that's what got me banned from the leaderboards at PSNProfiles. I think I haven't been flagged on other websites because it's a OFW hack, and not an Xploder one, though
EDIT: Ow wait, if you're talking about the other guy using custom time stamps, I don't think that's the case, because you see most of the trophies being instant and with the "right" date (after the servers closure) xD

ofw exploit/glitch/hack anything to get trophies a way that isnt the official way is classed as cheating on those sites.
with the custom time stamps you can put any date you like so. but as its this game, hes probably just used ploder as ive done a plat on this game today for a friend, helped him get plat as he didnt make it in time.
end of the day, all your doing is using a save and its giving you trophies its not like your using special modded patches etc. if it was punishable, then sony would of shut down xploder/game genie etc and banned ALOT of people.

Although, I think that if you use custom time stamps (CFW) those sites end up knowing you used CFW and will flag you regardless
I'll try using the saves on a dummy account (maybe pop a few trophies now and the rest in a few days, something I should've tested a long time ago xD) too see what happens, with a little luck I won't flag that account and I'll know for sure I can unlock it on my own account as well

nope they wont find out, they cant, only sony could if they actually looked into it. many upon many of the people in the top hundred, id save all of them tbh use cfw

Yeah, I wouldn't be surprised with that, seeing as you can buy CFW trophies really cheap, or you can even have your own CFW system with a little effort xD

Edit1: Got the platinum, now trying the DLC, was canceling the update the whole time, in case anyone else is having the corrupted save error while loading, just download the update... :p
Did it with Ps3 Save resigner 2.0.

Edit2: All the DLC trophies worked except this one:

It is already corrupted on the USB itself when I open it on PS3, even without messing with it.
