All you need to do is start and end a race from the festival.

I found out that you actually just have to start a race of the festival, then you can directly quit back to main menu and trophies will pop up
Also i used your latest save and the one of mazoony on a blank acc, it gives already 90%, only online rank trophies are missing, so you can get 100% with 3 saves instead of 5
