Hi NGU.
I've decided to make a guide for the Platinum trophy for Heavy Rain, as there are currently no Save Sets posted for this.
Please note that this Save Set is built from community contributions, so please give credit to these people:

Now lets begin.
When using MaTiCz-HaZaRD' Save here:

Try the following:
On loading the Save, hit continue from the Menu, you should be at the Old Warehouse, just let Jayden die on the Conveyor Belt and then save Shaun, then wait for the Credits of the game to finish, you get:
Perfect Crime
Saved The Kid
HEAVY RAIN Hero
Replay 'Killers Place' chapter, and survive the blast by hiding in the refridgerator, then choose to go to the Warehouse with Madison, you will get:
Cold As Ice
Now that you let Madison go to the Warehouse, allow everything to go wrong, let Jayden die, let Madison get arrested, then bring Shaun back to life, but put him down before leaving the Warehouse, you will then get:
So Close...
Now go back to 'Killers Place' again, survive the explosion, then go to the warehouse. Then succeed in everything, get Madison inside the Warehouse, let Jayden win the fight, allow nobody to be killed except for the Origami Killer, and you will get:
Four Heroes
Now use Isaajack' Save here:

Now try the following:
Replay the chapter 'Old Warehouse' and continue as normal, when the fight comes to being on a crane, pick up and save the killer from falling, then kill him after you picked him up, then go and Save Shaun, you will get:

All Endings
Replay the chapter 'The Rat' and drink the poison, you will get:
Trial Master
Sacrifice
Replay the chapter 'The Rat' and walk out of the room instead of drinking the poison, then work out where the Warehouse is (it's near a river or area of water), select it and you get:
Clever Dad
Replay the Chapter 'Face To Face' and get through without being shot, then give Kramer his medicine and you will get:
Invincible Scott
Kind Hearted
Replay chapter 'Trapped' then turn on the car engine, get the Cigarette Lighter and remove ropes from your arms, then save Lauren by untying her then breaking the car window, you will get:
Swimming Instructor
Replay chapter 'On The Loose' then when the option is available, kiss Madison then when the choice comes, do not forgive her, then when the police are chasing Ethan, get to the end, then choose to jump, you will get:
Escape Master
Unforgivable
Replay chapter 'On The Loose' again only this time after you kiss Madison, choose to forgive her, then again complete chase then choose jump, you will get:
Lover Boy
Replay chapter 'Sexy Girl' go to the Bouncer guy then dance, after the dance go upstairs following the guy, then he will force you to strip, simply unbutton Madisons Shirt, then you will see an option for the Lamp, use it immediately and after the chapter you will get:
Pride Saved
Replay chapter 'Twins' and just do everything right without any fails, and when it ends, you will get:
I'm Not Scared!
Replay chapter 'Eureka' answer the door, and then when Lauren takes a shower, go to the kitchen and get some eggs, the frying pan is at the sink, just keep your eye on the cooking eggs and ignore everything else, do it right and when the chapter ends you will get:
The Chef
Replay chapter 'Mad Jack' press R1 to take out glasses, Scan the entire area and look at every clue (avoid the acid bath until last) when done, go to Acid Bath and look inside, you will start a fight, so win the fight, then when you have a choice, do not take any drugs, after that, escape the car, win the second fight, and you will get:
Goodbye Mad Jack
Replay chapter 'The Doc' then accept his offer for a drink, then drink it, then escape the basement by starting with the loose rope on her right leg and you will get:
Queen Of Ropes
Replay 'The Doc' chapter then do not accept the drink, go into the door on the left, go to the left of the room, pick up the Blue Lagoon ticket then leave, you will get:
Smart Girl
Replay chapter 'The Shark' win the chase, and shoot the guy, and you will get:

Replay chapter 'The Shark' again and win chase, don't shoot him and you will get:

Replay chapter 'Under Arrest' exit the room, go down the hall and enter the room on the right, turn off the camera, then finish the chapter and you will get:

Replay chapter 'Fugitive' and escape the police, at the end of the chapter you will get:

Replay chapter 'Fugitive' again and get caught by the police, you will get:

Replay chapter 'The Lizard' find the key in the lizard on the floor, open door, find the alcohol in kitchen cupboard, then get the axe from behind you when you was at the table, cut finger then use alcohol, after you will get:

Replay ' The Lizard' go to bathroom sink grab Scizzors, then use them to cut finger, you will get:
Butcher
Replay 'Shrinks And Punches' stop Blake hitting the doctor, and you will get:
Good Cop
Replay 'Shrinks And Punches' again, let Blake beat the doctor you will get:
Bad Cop
Replay 'The Butterfly' and crawl through glass slowly, following the flame to matches, then go through the end to the table and you will get:
Electrified

Replay 'The Butterfly' after crawling through glass and jumping down, go to left and use the door that says 'Coward' and you will get:

Replay chapter 'Kramer's Party' and after the bodyguards try to stop you, fight them successfully and you will get:

Replay 'Covered Market' and just beat the guy successfully and you will get:

Replay 'The Bear' chapter, follow the driving, and when it gets to the part where you need to go left or right, you need to actually do BOTH, LEFT AND RIGHT as if you steering left to right very fast, do that and complete successfully to get:

Replay Chapter 'Suicide Baby' take care of Mrs Bowles, then go to Emily, change her without failing, then check on Emily, go to Mrs Bowles, go to kitchen , get bottle, feed Emily, and rock her to sleep without failing, you will get:

Replay 'Nathaniel' and when it comes to it, shoot him, you will get:
Blunder
Replay 'Nathaniel, when it comes to it, do not shoot him, you will get:
Self Control
Replay 'Lexington Station' and keep knocking down everyone until everything becomes normal again, then find the locker on the first try, locker number 3, line 18, after it you will get:

Replay 'Paparazzi' then exit through the kitchen door, jump the fence and enter car without beeing seen, you will get:

Replay 'Hassan's Shop' and when the robber enters, go and attempt to talk to him, select these: Nice, Help, Reason, Calm, Name, Killer, Drop Weapon. After you will get:
Negotiator
Replay 'Welcome, Norman!' and make sure to answer with these: Time: 4:15, Jacket: Beige, Pants: Green. After this you get:

Replay 'The Park' and get Shaun to go on the Swing and also the Merry-Go-Round, then buy him some candy, finish chapter then you get:

Replay 'Crime Scene' and make sure to gather all evidence, after chapter you get:

Replay 'Sleazy Place' and talk with Lauren. Select these when available: Compassionate, Trick. She will then talk about her son. Then after a fight will break, complete without failing and win, you will get:
Private Eye

Replay 'Father And Son' and keep your eye on the time in-game. At 4.30, get him a snack (bar or chips), at 6.00, make Shaun do homework and sit with him while he does it, at 7.00 make him have dinner (ignore him having a sickness) (the dinner is in refridgerator), make him go to bed at 8.00, then when he asks, get his bear from downstairs on top of the washing machine. You will get:
Good Father
Replay 'The Mall' and complete it, after you will get:
Interactive Drama
Replay 'Prologue', when you wake up, take a shower, get dressed, go into Ethan's office, sit down at the table and start drawing, don't fail it, keep drawing until he signs his name, then wait for your wife to get home. Help with groceries, then set the table without failing. Go outside and play with the kids, when it's time to play with Shaun, run around the yard with him until the game automatically makes you put him down, then win the swordfight, then continue on until you complete chapter 'Father And Son', once you finish 'Father And Son', you get:
Happy Birthday

You don't need CFW at all, just make sure the Save has the same region as what is on your Heavy Rain cover using an .SFO Editor, then resign it with any other game Save from your profile. :y:

Kamikaze was a bitch of a trophy, I suggest people use the advice I was given, hold the controller like a steering wheel and you should be able to steer away from trouble. Worked for me on my second go, after failing numerous times.

It's really easy, just hold the controller so that the PS Button is facing the ceiling of the room you are in. Keep it like this, and follow the guide I gave, I got it first try.

Problem @ the final hurdle. I've done everything correctly as the tut' video shown from BCES to BLES using the PS3SFOedit. when i put the put the file on my usb stick (with a save) for example Red Dead Redemption EU region. i drag the Heavy Rain save to My PS3 Gamesaves on xploder then back onto psn profile. When i do this, it works, but say's ''not responding'' then it does it, you click YES and then overwrite. So i put the file on my ps3, copy it. but when i got to load it. it won't load? its not on the Heavy Rain main menu on saved stories. please help Thank You!!!!!

Changing the region alone won't work, you also need to resign it with Xploder. Use a resign request thread.

For those that are struggling with the Kamikaze trophy I found a method that worked for me on the 2nd try. For most from what I read (and in my case) the hard part is avoiding the police car after the tolls (struggled for about 2-3 hours before finding this trick on some obscure youtube video). I can confirm you HAVE to avoid hitting them to get the trophy to pop. Most guides I saw claimed you had to "wiggle" or gently turn the controller right and left. This may work for some but I found it to be very difficult and hard to repeat. What I found was to hold your controller steady with the PS button to the ceiling as Flash already suggested and when the two meters begin to fill when the police cars after the tolls are giving chase (they fill on their own with you doing nothing), once they get to about 50% full make a smooth steady turn right (no wiggling, not wimpy, not super aggressive just normal and steady). You should avoid the car and then it's a few short button sequences to hit and then that oh so glorious sound of the Kamikaze trophy popping. Make sure to follow Flash's button sequence on this thread for the fastest route.
