(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Untested. Simply complete the last level in co-op and the trophy should pop. You need 2 controllers but can easily be done with one person (just kill off player 2) + unlimited continues. I have more saves, but I'll just post this for now. Please like/thanks.

tried to swap files for jp version but game says save data corrupt (the game is free on JP ps+)

Changing the region won't work for Matt Hazard, I've tried with EU saves.
