Once upon a time...

I have a question, I see that you have almost all of the challenges completed, but when I load the game there's no badass points to spend or no badass points allocated (spent) . Im trying to start a new game on level 1 with alot of badass upgrades. How can we fix this? I sent a friend request too, Im Team_X_Exile
