I mainly do U.S. file saves since im saved to the regions and the program is registered to it aswell
[ There is not a 100% chance that your save maybe editable normally so this is your warning but most should work. ]

I just loaded the savefile and started Borderlands 2 but the save didn't change anything on my account. I don't have max skill points and ammo.

like i said "its not a 100% chance to work" ill try to redo the file if i can but ya i had to do region swap twice which i suck at.
