I mainly do U.S. file saves since im saved to the regions and the program is registered to it aswell
[ There is not a 100% chance that your save maybe editable normally so this is your warning but most should work. ]

Ok while im posting this im not gonna be at home and away from my computer for a couple days so im gonna try to do as many saves as i can that i still havent done on this thread.

you cant download the program you actually have to buy the doggle that contains the software
once again no problem
yes i can max the points out even if not lvl 50 and max money is just all 9's since thats the max ammount of money allowed in the game.
