Kidd Gloves just do the oak island mission
and All Washed Up by doing the last naval mission(biddele's hideout)
and you can get Prince of Thieves

use your fist (no weapons at all ,the enemy need not to die just faint in the ground)
and if you happen to kill someone just travel another city and get back and
in worst cases the convoy didnt respawn just copy the save again

Single player:
For Jager Bomb just replay Sequence 5, it's a mission called Boston's Most Wanted where you are required to take down posters. Ignore taking down the posters, and just find and kill 10 Jagers. If you don't know what they look like, this video will help:

For Eye Witness just travel to the Frontier and keep running around through the trees and grass. Eventually you will come across a guard all alone. :fa: Just watch a wolf jump on him and kill him to get this trophy. (Please note that the area for this to occur is Random, so keep looking).
For the Spit Roast trophy, simply kill a guard and take the long gun with the sword on the end, and load it ready to fire a shot. Then run around looking for 2 guards standing alone next to each other, then press square to kill them both with one attack and the trophy will pop. Here is a video to help:

For Predator trophy, just climb to high ground, and lock onto a guard, hold triangle button to grab them with the Rope Dart, then pull back on the left analog stick to hang them. Do this 5 times for the trophy.

and for multiplayer:
For The Truth Will Out just create a Standard Private Wolfpack session, playing it on your own. When you get to your target, climb up and kill him with an aerial kill. Do this 20 times for the trophy.
For Hunter/Killer just join a public or create a private standard Wolfpack mode, and just run and kill your targets (don't walk or go slow, just run all the time and kill). You should easily reach Sequence 10.
For Personalized you must have already recieved a message in story mode saying 'Uplay Action Completed'. Then login to Uplay from the Game Menu, and go into 'Rewards'. Purchase the Multiplayer costume there then exit. Load up the Multiplayer Menu, press L1/R1 to go into the Customization Menu. Simply change the Character to the costume you just unlocked to get the trophy.
For Winning Team Just join an Artifact Assault match or Team Manhunt, and be on the winning side. (You can either Win or Draw, you will still get the trophy, just don't lose).
For Abstergo Entertainment just keep playing Public Wolfpack, the Point Levels are super easy and you will have this in no time.

i will work on it but after i finish 100% story sync am 92% and working 100% entries which the hardest trophy in the game

Just scroll to the top, it's one of Bilals saves. It's the one labeled as TUMBLEHOME
Just download that link, and when you extract it..
the folder inside is actually listed as the trophy you are searching for.
But like i said i haven't tried it myself so i don't know if it works, or if it was a accident as he was sorting things out.
