Escape successfully from all Heat levels
Just deal whit the police at least once ( even at priority 1 ) and then flee, you will unlock the trophy.
I don't know if the save unlocks another, try Smile

Finish first in every race, in every car (Single Player)

Only need Second is Nothing. But i can't do the "Needle Point" with the buggati. Anybody can make a new save with a more easy race left to do?

I can't find the last ones.. I use guides but still a bit tough..
