NOTE: The GIANT Trophy wont work with the newest patch. Just delete the last patch in Game Data Ultities in XMB and stay offline.

Here are my saves for Call of Duty - Black Ops 2.
I am trying to create a complete saveset for all campaign Trophies. All u need to do for the chapter and difficulty trophies is playing the last checkpoint of each save. For the other trophies read the introductions for each save.
You must play all 5 Strike-Force Missions. There are no checkpoints so its not possible to create saves for that missions. U can do them all on easy. Just finish them.
My first save:
Campaign is finished on veteran difficulty.
All Strikeforce Missions are completed. So with that Save u can play ALL Strikeforce-Missions for the 5 Trophies as all missions are unlocked.
And I got more than 10.000 points in each mission.

Three trophies pop instant:
- Black Ops II Master
- Ten K
- Just Gettin Started
Then Resume Story and play the last checkpoint of mission 1 (its veteran) and u should get:
- No Man Left Behind (Trophy for Chapter 1)
- Old Fashioned
Replay and complete all 5 Strikeforce-Missions on easy to get:
- Singapore Sling (for completing the Mission "Shipwreck")
- Desert Storm (for completing the Mission "I.E.D.")
- Defender (for completing the Mission "FOB Spectre")
- Blind Date (for completing the Mission "Second Chance")
- Art of War (for completing the Mission "Dispatch")
With the following save u can get ur third veteran trophy and trophy for Chapter 2:

Just resume story and finish last checkpoint of chapter 2 (its veteran), and you should get:
- Gathering Storm (Trophy for Chapter 2)
- Futurist
I saved my save at the last checkpoint of mission 3.

Just resume story and play the last checkpoint of mission 3 to get:
- Shifting Sands (Trophy for Chapter 3)
Here is the save for chapter 4.
Note: Play the beginning of mission 4 for urselt to get the trophy "Man of the People". U must kill all the soldiers that are in conflict with civilians. I think we dont need a save here because its right of the beginning of chapter 4.

- Driven by Rage (Trophy for chapter 4)
Here is a save for the trophies in chapter 5:

Finish the mission and u should get:
- Waterlogged
Here is the save for "What Happens in Colossus..." trophy

Just resume game (last checkpoint of chapter 6 ) and finish the mission. You should get:
- What Happens in Colossus... (Trophy for Chapter 6 )
I was going for the misable Trophy "Showdown":

- Showdown
I was going for the misable "Back in Time" Trophy:

Just resume Story. (save is on last checkpoint of chapter 7). Do Not kill the target at the end with a headshot! Shoot him in the leg twice. U will unlock:
- Family Reunion
then complete the mission. You should get:
- Back in Time
- False Profit (Trophy for chapter 7)
- Gun Nut
I rewinded story to chapter 7 for the "Dirty Business" Trophy.

Just resume story and play until you meet Noriega. After the sequence you should get:
- Dirty Business
Here the trophy for ur choice in mission 8:

Resume story, run to ur next target. Dont kill Harper, try to kill Menendez by pressing X. You should get:
- Ultimate Sacrifice
Here the save for the trophy for mission 8:

Just resume game (last checkpoint of chapter 8 ) and finish the mission. You should get:
- Deep Cover (Trophy for Chapter 8 )
Then I was going for both misable Trophies "Ship Shape" and "Good Karma".

- Ship Shape
- Good Karma
- Sinking Star (Trophy for Chapter 9)
I saved my save before completing Chapter 10:

Just resume story and complete the mission. Save is on last checkpoint in mission 10. After completing it you should get:
- Late for the Prom (Trophy for Chapter 10)
I was going to collect all intels. This trophy will pop instant on main menu!

- High IQ
Resume Story with same save (last checkpoint on Chapter 11), kill Menendez, and u should get:
- Dead or Alive
Finish the mission and u should get:
- Death From Above (Silver-Trophy for Chapter 11)

I'm talking about from the save point on the Chapter 7 save, When you have the sniper, shoot (Mason, I think it's him.) in the leg, he's the guy in the middle of two guards. He will drop to the ground and again, shoot him in the leg. The trophy is Family Reunion. If you kill him (shoot him in the head, like I did) and you won't get the trophy.
I also didn't get Dead or Alive on my first play through. I believe in Chapter 10 or 11 (Can you tell I didn't pay that much attention when I played it yet?) I think you just have to choose to keep both of the guys alive or kill them both. Not keep one alive and kill the other, again, like I did. I just haven't got around to restarting the mission.

HAHA I didn't read the re-edited post. Thanks for that one. You're one step ahead.
I also didn't get Dead or Alive on my first play through. I believe in Chapter 10 or 11 (Can you tell I didn't pay that much attention when I played it yet?) I think you just have to choose to keep both of the guys alive or kill them both. Not keep one alive and kill the other, again, like I did. I just haven't got around to restarting the mission.
