I think I see the attempt to help.. Just uhh.. not very well completed...
However, it does seem like he's going for some quick rep :p
Just curious... how does rep even help? I used to always want rep and stuff, but I don't really care anymore, since I figured it doesn't help for anything except for, in one case, when another user and I were trying to figure out who goes first in a trade, and I went because he had more rep... But other than that.. completely useless?
