So hopefully this helps a few.
99.1% Complete.
I did not go for platinum, as I was worried that if I did, then some of the trophies would not pop.
Some items still to complete.
Return the last side quest (Skeleton Key - Dead Marshes)
Craft the last Mithril Item (After u return the skeleton key)
Purchase the last Red Brick (Helms Deep)
Kill Gollum as Gollum
Collect 10billion studs (save has about 1billion)
Finish Mines of Moria in under 15mins
Take all Hobbit characters to Isengard
Let me know if any trophies pop on load ect...

Here is another save for the stud trophy
Here is my save for the 10.000.000.000 trophy
It has 10.025 million studs, trophy unlocks at 10.100 million.
just load the save, turn on all multiplier (2x, 4x, 6x, 8x, 10x, attract studs)
then move to "Bree" and collect one purple stud (worth 38 million with all multiplier)

Go to helms deep and buy the last red brick
Don't tell the Elf... - Throw Gimli 30 times.

Our only wish to catch a fish! - Fish perfectly 20 times by pressing the icon as it flashes.
Replay black rider level and go fishing
That is a rare gift. - Reach the top of Amon Hen without being caught once by Boromir. (Single Player Only)
replay the level and don't get caugth
That one counts as mine! - Finish one of Gimli's opponents as Legolas in 'Helm's Deep'.
replay helms deep and as legolas, finish one of gimli opponents
... And away he goes, Precious! - Defeat Gollum as Gollum.
have both character as gollum and hit the second player
I've always been taller! - Use the Ent Draught on Pippin.
have character 1 as pippin, with the second player, use ent draught on pippin
Dance of the dead. - Turn an enemy into a skeleton and make them dance.
use the skeleton sword, then use the other mythirl object to make him dance
Pointy-eared Elvish princeling. - Defeat 42 Uruk-hai as Legolas.
have character 1 as legolas and character 2 as Uruk-hai - with legolas kill character 2
An expected journey. - Travel to Trollshaws as Bilbo.
just go there with bilbo
Return of the Mushroom King. - Equip Aragorn with the Mushroom Crown.
equip object while playing as aragorn
Worth greater than the Shire. - Dress a character completely in treasure items.
follow trophy descruptions
That still only counts as one! - Defeat an Oliphaunt as Legolas.
replay the mission (think it's helm deep but not sure)
It won't be that easy! - During 'Prologue', jump into the fires of Mount Doom as Isildur.
replay prologue, at the end, when on the bridge, fall into the lava
One does not simply... - Walk into Mordor.
i personnaly did the race on the sheep's back and it unlocked
What about second breakfast? - Complete 2 cooking puzzles.
replay one of the first mission where u have to cook something at the beginning of the mission

Hey im trying to get the Story releated trophys... but I dont seem to get it working
I press Select and go to World Map, taking a mission i.e. Taming Gollum or Track Hobbits. Playing some minutes in that level collecting the studs like 2000 studs, then I go to Middle earth option and click save and exit, after that it will exit but no trophies pop?
Any advice?

Unless the game got a patch (which I doubt would affect it)... the saves were definitely popping trophies on exiting the story missions.
