jp save at 99.3% completion.part legit and part mod.
when using Akiyama go to Elisia and u will get trophy for completeing all night club events.
then go back to Selena and change to Kiryu.go to play some roulette and try to win more than 20000 chips.(there is a zero stone in his pocket,use it and bet 1000 on 00).u will get trophy for played all mini games
at last go back to Selena and check ur result in the save point.u will get trophy for 100% completion.

Try this Andrew. I have this save before the final fight in story mode with all characters max ability as well as money and items. All substories cleared and u can fight Amon. Do you still have this save file? The link provided doesn't work anymore and I would love to have this...it certainly would be kick ass.

With 100% completion?
You need to add this line of code in the games.conf file.
Or just upload the file here and we can do it for you.

Okay, sorry for double posting...but who the hell told us that we can't resign JAP save to EU/US?
I did it yesterday with the file from first post and it's working like a charm, no problems at all during loading.
I already did the trophy, so everything is working like it should...
Steps I did are nothing else than you do normally.
1. Put the hash code into the games.conf file:
2. Decrypt save file
3. PATCH SFO > Resign with EU (NPEB0222
or US region code
4. Update Account ID > Update ID and PARAM (you can take it from your original save file or any other save file you have from your console)
5. Verify PFD
6. Enrcypt All
You're golden and good to go.
