yes it is every year if you become elite you get it for free with elite here so it is worth it because for 5$ more here you get elite as xploder is 30$ US

its every calendar year - mine ran out 4 days ago. i still cant acess it though - gives me the same messages - ive renewed but it asks me to put in my details to confirm. i do so, and it says its still expired. i opened a ticket 4 days ago for it......and ive still not had an email to confirm what my support ticket number is!

so now i need a support ticket for my bloody support ticket.

i didnt know i could get it for free with elite. ive already paid for this year now, but next december i guess im going elite here.

thats the thing - when you pay for the product it does state 12 months access to their online saves. that is what i presumed ran out after 12 months, the access to the saves (which there are plenty on here anyway so its not needed) but then it turns out the resign feature is also 12 months access and im sure that wasnt the case last year.

thats the thing - when you pay for the product it does state 12 months access to their online saves. that is what i presumed ran out after 12 months, the access to the saves (which there are plenty on here anyway so its not needed) but then it turns out the resign feature is also 12 months access and im sure that wasnt the case last year.


Just had at look at xploder website, it does say after one year of purchase so not in every new year, also to renew for another year will cost £4.99 instead of full price again, hopefully it will be instant not lke above and cause problems with it.

£4.99? they charged me £7.99 4 days ago - and its not instant as ive had this problem for the past 4 days. it still says my license is expired, but they took my fucking money.

i think ill request my money back, go elite here and get it for free. NGU deserves the money more than xploder - they never added days on when their serves crashed last xmas, they havent added days on for their recent issues, not a single update to the software either....quite how they can even think the money for renewal is worth it is beyond me. im making another ticket and asking for a refund.

I like Xploder, its simple to use, but their customer support is absolute garbage :puke:. My year of using it will run out in a couple of weeks and I'm debating whether or not to renew. Good luck with sorting your problem out Smile
