I make lot of deals here, most time I am buying trophies.

I come from germany and a few time ago the language of my paypal account was changed from german to english. I dont know why.

And today I got an email. Somebody transfered all my money of my paypal account to his bank. Its an Interational Bank in USA. I live in germany.

I dont understand why people do that or how this can be happen. I have best virus program and always delete spam or pishing mails.

Sombedy have an advice whtat to do now? here are all my credit carts in this paypal account. he could buy a lot, but he still didnt.

you should have changes your password when you saw the lan have changes to English :S ,I hope its not aloot of money were on the account :S

that was 7 days ago with the language. I thought it was changed automatically. because I send many payments international, here in the tropy shops.
so that criminal didnt do something for 7 days and now he transfered the amount of mony to his bank? there is still 15$ left on my paypal account.
I just hope that he didnt do something with my credit cards.

you need to go to ur paypal and delete the credit card info and just incase go to the bank and change the password

but I need my credit cards for buying.
and I already changed my password online on paypal.

hmm maybe its better to create another paypal with other account,because maybe the hacker will be back for more :S

First thing you must do is cancel everything. Have you go in touch with customer services or Paypal security yet? Do you have a security key, private Wi-Fi or the best virus software? Somebody probably turned your PC or desktop into a zombie.

I was in contact with paypal. They told me they will remove the new bank and I will get my money back. I saw now the transfer is cancelled.
I changed my password and security questions on paypal.

I have AVira Free Antivirus. Is that enough?

Maybe it was a mail. I dont know. u think the hacker have still success to my computer?

I would get better antivirus than free edition
Do not leave cookies in pc and as a precaution change password every two weeks. Specially with sites like paypal or ebay

And remain in contact with paypal until issue is resolved. And report creditcards as stolen as a precaution.

it is better to do the below steps:

1- save all your files into external hard drive
2- format your computer
3- after format, install virus scan programs and scan your system with your saved files on the hard drive.
