You have the use save 03, where there is last history missions left incomplete, and then complete, because plat save won't pop those trophies.

change partner to キョウジ　カッシュ.then complete some missions.until he joins u as a piolt

the platinum save got a character at level 48, so i used this save to get him to level 50, but to save time for other people i saved right before reaching level 50, so just 1 more mission is needed then the trophy will pop up:
