use game genie and it will do it for you

Sorry for my ignorance here, but what is Game Genie and how do you use it to get max stats?

Google it for more info, but it is basically a program like Xploder that allows you to reassign and mod gamesaves.

I researched it and it seems interesting, basically Hex editing but with easy to change values.

However, on the official site on the list of working games they're all BLUS, is it still possible to get them working on BLES? Activate cheats on Game Genie, re-assign save using Xploder?
