It appears ''Text not loaded'', and when I try to load it it send me to the XMB!! wtf?
EDIT: There are 2 PSN EU versions, 1 is the one he has up there (trilogy) and the other one is the lone game.
If you have the PSN EU version and had the same problem as me, download the Disc version and then convert it to YOUR version

Just wanted to add that you must kill ALL the creatures in this room with triangle. First time I tried I accidentally got one with square and the other 8-10 or so with triangle and no trophy. After reloading and killing all of them with triangle the trophy popped immediately. FYI - All triangle kills on both attempts were running at wall and hitting triangle to launch off 'spearing' my enemies.
