For the Lost & Found i resigned both files, profile and save. Then enter the game and choose another career or another save. (personaly i have an legitimate Vanguard Shepard with only 2 missions) Search for any planet (in Ps3trophies there's a list with all the founds in each planets) and then the trophy pops for me.
Try to do that using any other save in this saveset.
