Hello,
The save you have in the Insanity folder is not the right one, when you open the folder where the insanity trophy save should be you have a save for the lost and found trophy

ok i will try later tonight something i have in mind, i will combine your save for the insanity trophy with the profile save for the unwavering trophy i'm pretty sure it will allow to unlock both trophies at the same time
